First time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The Food is EXCELLENT. The customer service is EXCELLENT. My husband and I think they may be the best pizza in all of monroe county👀🙌 the bread, the no droop, the FLAVOR!!! My husband bought us a medium for a snack, I ate 6 slices, (I’m sorry baby…) but the taste is incredible! Incredible recipe!! We went to try the buffet. Salad bar had tone of toppings and it was delicious. We were the only ones in there so we made our requests and they mad the pizzas and we had fresh hot all you can eat pizza pop breadsticks and cinastix it was a great experience great food nice establishment and over all a good time for me and my family I'm sure we will be back.

Gentleman at the counter said I was the first to order the new burger today... and they nailed it!! Fries had just the right amount of salt and were spot on!! Only thing I wish was you could choose how they cook your burger but it is what it is. Will definitely be back for it! Never had a bad meal here and this is the 4th time ordering from papas. Pizza and cheese bread 10/10 also!
